PERSONALISE

Even before dispatch, carers have the ability to configure the device specifically to the needs of loved ones by turning certain features on or off. Simply register the device online using our secure hub and select the desired tools and features. You can even upload your own photos and videos, making Ethel even more personal right from the start.

OPEN & CONNECT

Ethel will arrive pre-configured with your chosen features, so simply unpack, plug it in and turn it on. You are ready to go!

MANAGE

Using our secure online hub, allow other family members and friends to connect with Ethel via a free Android or iOS app. Now they too can make video calls and share photos & video clips using their computer, tablet or smartphone. Staff Managers have the ability to add or remove people from the contact list as well as controlling installed features. We recommend introducing new features one at a time over a month or two.
